Please note that every piece of wood is different and when working with natural elements and custom stains, results may vary. We strive for 100% satisfaction and will work with each customer to ensure you are completely happy with your new piece.

We can customize however you'd like though customizations varying from the listing may incur an additional fee. If you have any questions or wish to customize dimensions, stain, or style, please contact us.

We can send stain samples for our six standard stain options. Should you want to try a different stain, we encourage you to go to your local hardware store and try some oil-based stain samples at home. Once you decide what stain you'd like. we will pick up a can!

Emails and photos may be sent for information updates during the construction process to ensure you receive the piece you desire. 

Turnaround time will vary based on the complexity of the item, the number of items in each order, and our current orders in-progress. Average time from order placement to completion is 2-6 weeks. If you want a specific timeline for your item, contact us and we can quote you a timeframe either before or after you order.
